Martin Brown, Chairman
Martin has extensive experience in the successful transformation and growth of businesses in software and IT infrastructure ranging from $5m to $250m in size. Previous roles have included: Vice President at ChangeBase, where Martin was responsible for worldwide sales - ChangeBase successfully exited to Quest at the end of 2011; Vice President of Sales Europe at Milestone; Senior Director, Enterprise Sales at Symantec; and various senior head of department roles at Sun Microsystems.
Stace Hipperson, co-founder and CTO
Stace has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry. It was Stace’s vision of a product that could bring modern graphics techniques into the enterprise space that kicked off the project that has become Hyperglance. His domain knowledge continues to guide product development; he is responsible for all aspects of the technology vision and IT architecture.
Craig Rowland, VP of Sales
Craig has more than 15 years of sales experience and has successfully led and grown a number of software, technology and services organisations. Craig started his career at Xerox before moving into the challenging world of software start-ups. He was seconded to the UK from Canada in 2000 to open up and run the EMEA office of Buystream.com. In 2005 Craig co-founded StrohlUK and led the company up until its acquisition by SunGard Availability Services in 2008. He then spent four years successfully running the Business Continuity Management Software team for the U.K. where he was responsible for growing the revenue significantly and expanding operations into new global markets.
Alan West, Development Director
Was a co-founder and development director of two software companies that successfully delivered product to market, Objective Software Technology and eoLogic, and Objective Software Technology was acquired by Wind River. Alan has a BSc from the University of Aberdeen and an MSc from the University of Essex, where he won distinction whilst also working at BT’s Martlesham labs. Alan’s career has focused on innovation in user interfaces and visualization.
Michael McLean, Non-executive Director
Michael has 30 years information technology experience in the finance industry. During this time he has held permanent positions at Reuters, Citicorp Investment Bank and Paribas Capital Markets, and has been the IT Director at the London Futures & Options Exchange and J Henry Schroder & Company Ltd. For the past 12 years he has held EMEA Director level roles with responsibility for technology risk and infrastructure management at Citigroup.
Edward Barlow, Non-executive Director
After 10 years as a risk manager at the Barclays Bank investment banking arm, BZW, Edward co-founded Totem Market Valuations in 1997. Over 10 years he helped build up the business, valuing the derivatives trading books of all the major investment banks globally, before selling the company to Markit Group. Since then he has been an active angel investor in a wide range of businesses.
